JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Marketing Department’s work, including creating graphic and written content for digital and print media, managing email blasts and web content, and overseeing vendor relations. The ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about communications, social media, and upcoming media trends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Create graphics and videos for marketing materials, including fundraising events
  • Manage content on website, online forms, and social media accounts
  • Write and develop agency email blasts
  • Oversee vendor relations and purchasing for the department
  • Help develop marketing campaigns for the agency
  • Explore and pitch new digital media opportunities for the agency
  • Answering and directing a high volume of phone calls
  • Take photos and videos at agency events and programs
  • Assist with agency’s AV needs and print projects
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
Agency Responsibilities:
  • Represent agency at internal and external events, occasionally on nights and weekends
  • All other projects as assigned
Relevant Scope Measures
  • Serve as an agency representative on committees for events and initiatives

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field required
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Understanding of social media and web trends
This is an in-person position

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Driver’s license required, car needed to travel to off-site programs

SALARY/HOURS: Full-time/40 Hours with occasional nights and weekends, scheduled in advance

$40,000
