WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assists Director with daily operations Including: fiscal and program records and reports, attendance and contributions report; inventory and billing, and nutrition program in accordance with DFTA standards and JCC protocol.
- Assists with developing program services, including scheduling; service records and reports; organization and operation of congregate lunch program; coordination of the transportation service; oversight and coordination of educational/recreational services.
- Data entry into DFTA computer software program (STARS)
- Assist with the oversight of the proper functioning and upkeep of physical site.
- Gives monthly report on activities, speakers and upcoming events to membership.
- Responsible for outreach to target population in the area.
- Represents programs in community and interagency activities.
- Overall knowledge and compliance to all DFTA OAC standard.
- Supervision of the center in the absence of director.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of benefits and entitlements for senior adults in the community.
- Must complete the CPR and AED bi-annually.
- Computer competency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
